Katie Spear is an nyc based filmmaker and video editor.  She works across formats and genres, experienced in short-form and long-form work, including social first content, unscripted television, branded videos, sizzle reels, and narrative / documentary films. 

 

She wrote, directed, produced, and edited the short comedy film, Jade The Icon (2025), which premiered at the Big Apple Film Festival. She produced and edited short film, Sidequest (2025), which is being submitted for festivals now. She is currently in development of her sophomore short-film, Dog People.

Credits include work for Prime Video and MrBeast, Yogi Tea, luxury wine and spirits brands including Pernod Ricard and Duckhorn Vineyards, and films selected by Sundance and DOC NYC.
